Encased in 18 K rose gold, the 38 mm timepiece is fully hand-engraved across the case, bezel, lugs, crown, hinged dust cover and even the strap screws, drawing inspiration from historic pocket watches preserved in the Patek Philippe Museum. Its silvery opaline dial features a delicately hand-engraved centre, blackened white-gold Breguet numerals and pear-shaped hands that gracefully present a highly legible perpetual calendar with a retrograde date display. Moon phases and day, month, and leap-year indications complete the refined display.
