Description:
The Patek Philippe Nautilus 7118/1R-010 combines the collection's signature sporty elegance with an entirely 18K rose gold construction and an elegant golden brown opaline dial. The 35.2mm case features the iconic rounded-octagonal Nautilus profile, while alternating polished and satin-brushed surfaces accentuate its architectural lines.
The golden brown opaline dial features the characteristic horizontal “wave” pattern of the Nautilus collection, complemented by applied rose gold numerals and hour markers. Rose gold alpha-style hands with white luminescent coating provide a refined contrast while maintaining excellent legibility.
Powering the watch is Patek Philippe Calibre 26-330 S C, a self-winding mechanical movement with a 21K gold central rotor. It provides hours, minutes, sweep seconds and date indications, with a power reserve of 35 to 45 hours. The movement is visible through the sapphire-crystal case back and bears the Patek Philippe Seal.
The watch is completed by an integrated 18K rose gold bracelet featuring the characteristic alternating polished and satin-brushed finishing. A patented rose gold fold-over clasp with a lockable adjustment system allows the bracelet to be extended by 2–4mm for additional comfort.
